Friendly, fast,. Really great baked beans. Not so much their Cole slaw. Ribs do fall off the bone. I'll do it again.

Best BBQ ever. Peppers BBQ is very appealing if you do not like biting into fat. They remove the fat while pulling or chopping the meat. Chicken is also great, falling off the bone. Various sauces to choose from to appeal to any person. I prefer the RED. Baked beans and potato salad are also delicious. Stay fundamentally sound I will be a repeat customer.

Melissa always takes the best care of us. She's amazing and always friendly. Major asset in her.

I love pepper's but on 3 separate occasions I have had HAIR in my food. For goodness sake wear hair nets. It is not women's hair, FYI, it's the owner dude or whomever he is who's in charge of hotdogs and such. Basically the only one in the kitchen with no hat.

Easily the best BBQ place in Columbus. Best meat in town by far. Not the best sauce, but it's perfectly paired to the meat! I do wish the baked beans were more consistent, but they have never been bad.This is one place i will gladly drive past other BBQ places to eat! Must Try!!!

Food was ok but was over rated from what everyone had told me. Clearview is much better in my opinion.

The ribs are the best in columbus, the staff isn't. There's one guy that rings up that won't even speak to u when u walk in or while taking your order, no smile either. Tall white guy, kind young. I would stop going just for that reason. I'd rather give my money to decent ribs but great customer service than this place.

I tasted better ribs out of a can. The rib was baked or boiled, they tasted like sausage. Baked beans was dry and the potato salad was ok. Never going back.

Best kept secret in Columbus for true BBQ lovers. The large chopped BBQ sandwich is a meal in itself. The sauces are terrific; the sides are good, especially the baked beans. Only wished they served fries and if you get there too late, the ribs are already gone. The owners are very nice folks especially the attractive and attentive female owner. The only on-going negative is the lack of cheerful, friendly order takers; smile, ladies.

Great food, good price. Nice atmosphere. Parking is a little tight but go behind the place and park there in the gravel lot.

The BBQ Pork and the Half Chicken is Just the way we like it.

Pepper's Barbecue is easy to locate and drive to. Parking is limited out front, but on the side at the gas station and around back there is more parking. I used the back entrance. Pepper's came as a recommendation, but fell a little short of my expectations I had the chopped platter with two sides. They were butter beans and spring beans. Now the beans were excellent and superb. The chopped meat was awesome, but their sauces did not do much for me. They were too watery for me. We are talking personal preference here, so all I know is it didn't hook me.

Best BBQ ever if you catch them when they are open.

Stopped in mid afternoon and was happy I did. Chipped sandwich with hot sauce was awesome. Love the decor inside with old sales pamphlets on the walls. Will be back for sure.

We used Peppers to cater my mom's 60 th birthday. We had 30 people. Meat, sides, instructions on how to keep warm /reheat (picked up at 2 due to their hours, and didn't eat until 5) everyone was super helpful/friendly. The food (with 4 sides!) was delicious. We had about 5 plates worth of left overs, which was perfect & was eaten for lunch the next day. I cannot recomend this enough.

My favorite Brunswick stew!

The food was good, but the lady running the register needs a lesson in customer service. She was obnoxiously rude to the patron in front of me. I heard him order his food, and she messed up his order. When he was polite about not getting something (that he ordered), she got pretty indignant about it. I was having a business lunch, otherwise I would have walked out.

Looks like they have been around for a while...limited menu but all items are awesomely made.

Good local BBQ. The restaurant is kind of a dive, but clean. Parking in back is the best option. The portions are good, but you will not have extra to take home. The meat quality is better than your average BBQ joint. The service is quick.

My opinion is it's the best in the Columbus Phenix City area

Great nostalgic hole in the wall of a BBQ restaurant. A locals favorite. Only open a few days a week and a few hours each day. Worth it.
